Welcome to Portage Curves!


We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves workout takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching. CURVES CIRCUIT WITH ZUMBA!

     Take the 30-minute total body workout provided by the Curves circuit and alternate in the high-energy, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves of the Zumba program and you’ve got the Curves Circuit with Zumba. A unique workout that’s available only at Curves!  The intervals are set at one minute rather than 30 seconds to allow time to enjoy the Zumba moves.   Bring a non-curves member friend to get them in on the action! (must sign a health history form before workout)

Current schedule for Zumba at Portage Curves:                                                      

  • Tuesdays:  10:30am with Sandy (come early at 10:20 to get free instruction)!
  • Wednesdays: 6:05pm with Vicki
  • Thursdays: 5:30pm with Vicki
  • Saturdays: 8:30am with Sara
